Outside the house...
• Mews House is seconds from the seafront and West Pier. All the restaurants and bars of Preston Street, Western Road and the famous Lanes are a few minutes walk. The Churchill Shopping Centre is also very close if you like indoor shopping.
• The mainline railway station and coach station are both about 10 minutes walk.
• The house is next to the Hilton Metropol Hotel, De Vere Grand and Brighton Convention Centre which hosts many international conferences, trade shows and musical events.
• Peaceful and comfortable yet right in the heart of Brighton. The location of this house is superb and perfect to explore the city. The landscaped gardens of Regency Square are on your doorstep.
• The Kingswest concert hall and cinema complex, The De Vere Grand, Brighton Convention Centre, Pier and Lanes are all on your doorstep. Landseer House has views of the sea and is seconds from the beach.
• This beautifully presented City Centre apartment can be suited to both the holiday maker and business person (adjacent to the Brighton Centre and Hilton Metropole Hotel).
• Brighton’s main station is approximately 800 metres away, from where a regular service operates into London Victoria and London Bridge stations.
Inside the House...
• This is a new (2008) house with private street entrance. Detached with no neighbours and built over two levels. Upstairs includes a bright open plan living space with large sky lights with black out blinds.
• Theres a modern, fully integrated kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker/hob/extractor and microwave - all fitted beautifully with wood fascias. There is complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.
• The living room has a wall mounted LCD TV and DVD/CD/tape/radio player. Internet access is available (chargeable). There is also an incoming telephone.
• There is a fold down double sofa bed and room for an additional single z bed in the living area, if needed.
• Downstairs the large master bedroom has plenty of fitted wardrobe space, and either a super king size bed or choice of double and single or twins (two singles) for flexibility. The en suite bathroom has luxury fittings with bath/shower and skylights (with black out blinds) giving it a light airy feel.
• The house is built on a slope (upside down house). Downstairs is not a basement and so has natural light from both the bathroom (which has a glazed wall through to bedroom) and a window in the door, which leads to the rear terrace.
• The rear terrace has a table and four chairs. The terrace is decked and there is external lighting.
• All floors are solid oak (except the stairs and downstairs bathroom) with state of the art underfloor heating which keeps the house warm all day and night.
• Additional extras can include a welcome food hamper, baby cot, high chairs and internet access (all chargeable).
IMPORTANT - please read before you proceed with a booking:
• If your stay is on a UK Bank Holiday weekend there is a £100 GBP surcharge payable. Please ensure you selec t this from the list of options when you proceed with your booking.
• The apartment sleeps 4 people. There is an option to sleep 5 but there is a weekly surcharge of 50 GBP. You can selec t this as an option when you make the booking.
• The apartment does NOT come with parking. There is an NCP car park in Regency Square (25 GBP per 24 hours). I have limited on street permits (10 GBP per day). Please contact me if youd like to add these to your booking (subject to availability).
• Check in is strictly from 4pm - check out by 11am. No early check in is allowed (the same applies to early luggage dro p off)
• CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR (24 Dec - 01 Jan) - minimum stay of 7 nights over this period. Please call for quotes less than 7 nights before booking.
