It is a newly built luxurious two level villa that can accomondate 6-8 people. We offer three seperate ensuite bedrooms with verandas, a private swimming pool, a full equipped granite countertop kitchen plus many modern amenities.

Villa Asterea
 

Villa Asterea is located at the picturesque village of Ratzakli only 4 Kms away from the famous tourist resort of Skala. The villa is ideal for families and individuals that wish to be away from the crowds but at the same time close to all amenities that an organised resort has to offer.

The beautiful Kaminia beach where the Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs is only 5 minutes down the road. According to many visitors the crystal clear warm and shallow waters of this golden sand beach offer the best swimming experience on the island of Kefalonia.

 

 

Our newly built luxurious two level villa that can accomondate 6-8 people is situated in an idullic location surrounded by a plethora of olive trees and vineyards. The fusion of the birds melodies and invigorating sea-breeze will surely defuse all your strees and tension. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Mounda Beach where the famous Caretta-Caretta turtle resides. Swim in the crystal clear waters of Kaminia Beach. Take a ten minute drive to the cosmopolitan Skala or just relax and rejuvenate at our beautiful location.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets need to be kept in the auxilliary room which is located in the villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Martine says: "Everything was perfect for us except the building work next door that the owners did not know was going to happen. The building and location was perfect, the owners were wonderful and attentive and the holiday was fantastic. We will probably book next year as we felt so comfortable and have been told that the building next door will be finished by early September. We have 3 teenage girls and they loved it and have asked us to go back - the pool, nearby sandy beach, luxury accomodation (with 3 en suites) allowed them to relax as well as the town of Scala 5 mins drive with lovely tavernas and friendly people."
