Villa Amani provides a luxurious 3 bedroom retreat offering exceptional, panoramic views over Yalikavak. On a small complex of 14 villas surrounded by olive trees and beautiful natural countryside, in central Yalikavak. The villa has a spacious terrace, ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing whilst enjoying the view and watching the sunset. The exceptional garden is laid to lawn with selection of local flowers, geraniums, bougainvillea, citrus trees and a separate palm tree garden. Site pool is currently unavailable the Bodrum peninsula boasts 14 top quality beaches! and its is a short walk to the beautiful beach at Yalikavak. 

The villa has been tastefully furnished throughout and is very well equipped (we use it as our own holiday home). It offers light and spacious, air-conditioned, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings. Large windows, patio doors and superb galleried landing offer stunning views over Yalikavak, the Aegean sea and sunsets. The lounge area includes an lcd satellite television with English, European and International channels. A dvd-player and a PlayStation 2! are also provided along with a selection of games and dvds. The large dining area can easily seat up to 8 people. The exceptional kitchen is fully equipped including fitted gas hob, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, fitted dishwasher and automatic washing machine. Separate downstairs wc.  

A feature marble staircase leads upstairs to three good-sized, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large patio door leading to a private balcony. Two further bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. Wardrobes, drawers and dressing tables provide ample storage space. The spacious, fully-tiled family bathroom includes a double walk-in power shower. The views over Yalikavak bay can be fully appreciated from the unique galleried landing. All bedding and towels are provided. Fully integrated boiler provides on-demand hot water. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, crockery, glasses, cups, saucepans and cooking utensils. Pool is currently unavailable, undergoing upgrade.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living Room, 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema.

Helena says: "We really loved our time at Villa Amani – the villa exceeded our expectations. The villa is spacious and bright with every need catered for. We thoroughly recommend it to others. As for the view, it is fantastic – photographs cannot do it justice! The final road to the site is a little steep (as it says in the ad) but the view and accommodation are very much worth it! The nearby beaches really are excellent – we took a gullet to a secluded white sand beach...paradise! The village of Yalikavak is a lovely, friendly and relaxing delight. We would love to return to Villa Amani and Yalikavak again. "
