The Magical Villa is a brand new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury home situated in one of the most tranquil idyllic areas of Orlando. Our home is situated in East Kissimmee on the US192 set back from the road down a sweeping entrance lined with palm trees. Magic Landings is gated community of 150 villas situated in a conservation area of mature woods and a picturesque natural lake. Our home backs directly onto the lake and woods and is in a perfect position to see the abundant and varied wild life. Its the perfect peaceful setting after a long day in the parks. Relaxing in the spa as the sun goes down with a glass of something cold and bubbly in your hand.....

It is our villas location that makes it special among other accommodation. We are only a 15 minute drive to Disney, yet set in a quiet peaceful conservation area. Magical Villa is fully air conditioned and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The villa is well equipped with Wifi and games room, and is able to offer every comfort you would find at home.
 

Our Villa is situated in East Kissimme on the US192 - a busy road famed for its aray of restaurants, entertainment and shops. We occupy a premium plot with the pool and Spa backing directly onto a picturesque lake and wood. Magic Landings is a secure gated community which is reached by a majestic entrance lined with tropical plants and palm trees. There are many restaurants within a short drive away, as well as some within walking distance. Our Villa has everything to make your dream holiday come true....

Just a 10 minute drive takes you to one of the largest WalMarts selling everything you could ever need during your stay. Publix, Walgreens and CVS are also nearby.

Magic Landings is situated just minutes from both the Florida Turnpike and the Osceola Parkway - toll roads linked to all the Disney Theme Parks as well as Universal and both the main airports.

Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes drive away, while Sanford Airport is just an hours drive.

Magical Villa offers spacious (2408 sq. metres) fully air conditioned accommodation. There are televisions with satellite television in the main bedrooms as well as in the lounge, where there is also a DVD player. All bed linen and towels are provided. All local calls are free from the telephone. There are a variety of board games and books for guests use.

 

Kitchen/Utility

The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker,waste disposal unit, ceramic hob - in fact, everything and the kitchen sink!!!

The utility area has a full size washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

The two master bedrooms both have full en suite facilities. The main bedroom has a bath and a walk in shower whilst the 2nd master has a walk in shower. Both enjoy fabulous lake views and have separate access to the pool deck. There is a hairdryer in the main bathroom.

Pool and Spa

The pool and spa are heated, which means they can be enjoyed all year round. Its the perfect place to soak up some of the Forida sun while enjoying the wonderful tranquil surroundings and observing the native wildlife. The extended deck has a pool screen surrounded by fragrant hibiscus. The spa can seat 4 people - just right for the adults whilst watching the little ones in the pool. All doors leading to the pool have safety alarms fitted for the protection and safety of our younger guests.

Magical Villa has everything you need to make a wonderful holiday just that bit more special. The pool area is private and unoverlooked at the rear making it just that bit more special.

There is a spa next to the swimming pool. Property backs onto a lake. Pool and Spa are in the sun all day, but lanai table and chairs are under the lanai in the much needed shade.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
