This large detached villa offers a huge 120 sq metres inside space, sitting on a 160 sq metre plot. The landscaped garden features low maintainance rockery and palms to the front and side of the property with a large terrace area with BBQ to the rear.


Outside furniture is provided including table and chairs for enjoying the Cyprus evenings. There is of course a large communal swimming pool at the centre of the complex (great from cooling off from the Cyprus sunshine).


Inside, the villa is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and comes complete with air conditioning in every room. The lounge features a new TV with built in DVD player. There are some english channels (including BBC News) available via the installed satelite system but you can also make use of a large DVD rental shop just 1.5 miles from the villa. We have stocked the villa with a few DVDs, books and board games to keep you entertained if you decide not to venture out.


Your fitted kitchen is fully complete with a new cooker, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge freezer. The tap water in Cyprus is safe to drink but doesnt taste great but you can forget expensive bottled drinking water, a free standing water cooler is provided for our guests.

Pyla View features a downstairs WC at the base of the white marble staircase which leads up to your elegantly fitted main bathroom (which includes a powerful shower). A large landing leads to three large (double) bedrooms the master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with two singles in the second and third. All bedrooms feature elegant fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units - essential to keep you comfortably cool in the summer but also acting as heaters in the winter!


When you arrive our team will have fully cleaned the villa, made all the beds and laid out bath and hand towels (just bring your beach towels). We will leave enough provisions to allow you to make a much needed cuppa after your long flight but there is nothing like arriving to fridges and cupboards packed with all the essentials. We can supply either our standard welcome pack or for a few more of lifes luxuries (including some very fine Cyprus wine) our deluxe welcome pack is very popular with guests.


Water supply protection: Despite having the highest density of reservoirs of any country in the world, during 2008 Cyprus water reserves dropped to a dangerously low 3% of capacity. Many faced prolonged water cuts and intermittent supply. To protect our guests we have installed an additional ground level water tank which holds an extra 800 litres - very few villas have this facility (just another thing you dont have to worry about at Pyla View Villa).

 

The villa is located at the base of the hillside of Pyla village, only 15 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan Larnaca town center and within walking distance of the renowned Blue Flag sandy beach. Panoramic mountain and sea views surround your abode.

Cyprus boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year with mild winters, making it an excellent all year round holiday destination. It is an island of beauty and a country of contrasts. Cool, pine-clad mountains are a complete scene-change after golden sun-kissed beaches. From skiing in the Troodos Mountains in the winter, cruises to Egypt and the Holy Land, a wide range of water sports, golfing days in the beautiful sunshine, Cyprus appeals to all generations.

Eating out in Cyprus is not only extremely cheap but also its virtually impossible to eat badly. A lot of the locals and tourists too, dont bother cooking at home they just eat out. You can get full English breakfasts for around EUR 3.00 and the famous Cyprus Meze, is around EUR 15.00.

Larnaca , which is the 3rd largest town in Cyprus is a perfect location to experience the magic of Cyprus. Larnaca has a wide variety of shops including many high street names such as Marks and Spencer, Next, Top Shop, as well as beautiful local stores. In Larnaca itself there is the 9th Century Byzantine Church of St Lazarus, Hala Sultan Tekesi - a picturesque ancient mosque on the shores of the vast Larnaca Salt Lake.

Toward the centre of the city, is one of Larnacas and the islands most cherished sites, the church of St. Lazarus one of the most important places of Muslem pilgramage after Mecca, with the tomb of St Lazarus, the Fort and local museum. After his resurrection from the dead by Jesus, Lazarus elected to live out his second life as Bishop of Cyprus. He is reputedly buried in a crypt under the main altar and a further 20 mins drive takes you to Choirokoitia with an 8000 year old stone age village-a World Heritage site.

A visit to Palm Tree marina is a must when visiting Larnaca with its many Restaurants, bars, night clubs, water sports are available of the blue flag award winning beaches, para gliding, wind surfing, banana boat, flying fish, boat hire are all available, or why not try a trip on one of the many luxury cruisers around Larnaca Bay. On the outskirts there is a 1600 metre Go-kart tract. The Sunday market on the Dhekalia Road is an excellent way to spend the morning browsing the local products and getting a bargain or two to take back with you.

AYIA NAPA
Ayia Napa is a thirty minute drive from the villa, with its fabulous Waterpark. Water world Cyprus is 70,000 square meters in size, is the largest waterpark in Cyprus, and currently the largest themed water-park in Europe. Ayia Napa has crystal clear water and golden sands beaches, very picturesque harbour area plus the stunning architecture of the local churches. This resort town is popular with young holidaymakers, with all types of water sports, restaurants, bars and clubs. This is a 24 hour town offering as much activity as you can cram into your holiday and is a major destination for clubbers and water sports enthusiasts

Troodos Mountains
Drive into Troodos Mountains which is 90 minutes from the vill for spectacular scenery, walking, skiing and visiting wineries and monasteries. Troodos mountain range stretches across most of the western side of Cyprus, offering cool sanctuary and idyllic hours spent in long walks in the scented pine forests in summer and winter sports and skiing in winter. Troodos mountain range and the summit of mount Olympus can be reach within 1 hour 30 minutes ,during the winter months February and March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes.

Nicosia
Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, is just a 30 minute drive North from the village. This cosmopolitan city is of particular historical and political interest being the sole remaining divided city in Europe. View the Green Line from the observation tower and learn about the different influencing cultures that have contributed in forming the character of this unique island. Nicosia is also fantastic for shopping, culture and art.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
