This luxurious villa is situated on the beautiful Westridge development on the highway 27 and is within five minutes of a golf course, which is open to the public.

Westridge boasts communal sports facilities and is around 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Orlando International airport and 5 minutes from the Interstate 4.

With 2200 sq ft of living area, cathedral ceilings, beautiful furniture and fittings, our villa is a very spacious and luxurious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Our senior and younger guests will not be troubled with the hazards of staircases and all doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

 

The villa can sleep 10 in comfort with one queen bedroom (with cable television and telephone answering machine), two double bedrooms (one with cable television) and two twin bedrooms; additionally, a rollaway bed is available free of charge for any extra guests. This rollaway bed can be accommodated in any of the bedrooms.
There is also a cot for the very young guests and this comes with cot bedding.

A thoroughly modern kitchen with upgraded features has all the appliances and equipment one would expect in an executive home. The kitchen also has a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Local outgoing calls are accepted, but for long distance calls, the best method is to use a phone card, which can be purchased at the local supermarkets or convenience stores.

There is a family room with with suite which has a television set and stereo system and a formal living room with suite, which, although not completely detached from the action, allows space for those quieter moments.

There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer with access from the kitchen. Not really what you come away on vacation for, but sometimes essential.

There is a formal dining room and a nook area for dining so whether you want a quick bite or a three course dinner, all tastes are catered for.

All rooms have ceiling fans with low, medium and high settings.

Most importantly of all it is air-conditioned to keep cool during those long hot Florida days.
 

A key design feature of our villa allows access to the pool area via four sets of patio doors (master and second bedrooms, lounge and family room). Once by the heated pool and Jacuzzi, guests can enjoy total privacy from the villa's elevated position, its outlook and landscaping with palm, citrus and magnolia trees coupled with an abundance of shrubbery.

The south facing pool is ideal for catching the sun all day and there is also a large lanai area with a ceiling fan for those who prefer it a little cooler and wish to stay in the shade.

We have separate plates and glasses for the pool area to reduce the risk of glass being broken in or around the pool.
We also have separate pool towels so that the normal bathroom towels remain in good condition for your convenience and pleasure.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Wardrobe in bedroom. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find shopping areas, a themepark.
