• Regency style, raised ground floor apartment in famous Regency Square. Apartment has views of the West Pier and beach. The Square has mowed lawns and private garden area where you can relax.
• The Kingswest concert hall and cinema complex, The De Vere Grand, Brighton Convention Centre, Pier and Lanes are all on your doorstep. The apartment has views of the sea and is seconds from the beach.
• Landseer House is minutes from the centre of Brighton and a stones throw from the beach. The mainline train station is about a 10 minute walk or a few minutes by taxi.
• Regency Square has mowed lawns and private garden area where you can relax.
• Brighton’s main station is approximately 800 metres away, from where a regular service operates into London Victoria and London Bridge stations.
Inside the Apartment...
• Landseer House is bright and airy with high ceilings, newly carpeted and decorated and wonderful sea views.
• In the peaceful master bedroom there are original sash windows, an entire wall of fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV/DVD player and cosy double bed and study desk/chair.
• The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, gas hob, fridge/freezer, a large breakfast table (dines five) and plenty of storage. There is complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.
• The apartment has a TV with digital free view channels, DVD player, hifi, wireless broadband/wifi (chargeable) and incoming phone.
• A comfortable fold down sofa provides a double bed for two guests. A second single z-bed can be placed in the living room if requested.
• The sunny apartment is quiet and comfortable with large Regency style west facing windows (and window seats).
• This beautifully presented City Centre apartment can be suited to both the holiday maker and business person (adjacent to the Brighton Centre and Hilton Metropole Hotel).
• Sir Edwin Henry Landseer (born 1802) lived in this building! He was a prolific painter and artist of the Victorian age. Landseer is best remembered for the lions that stand on all four corners of Nelsons Column in Trafalgar Square, London.
• Additional extras can include high speed broadband/wifi, welcome food hamper, on street parking permits and baby cot and high chair (all chargeable).
IMPORTANT - please read before you proceed with a booking:
• If your stay is on a UK Bank Holiday weekend there is a £100 GBP surcharge payable. Please ensure you selec t this from the list of options when you proceed with your booking.
• NO STAG OR HEN GROUPS. The apartment is also never to be used as a venue for parties.
• The apartment sleeps 4 people. There is an option to sleep 5 but there is a weekly surcharge of 50 GBP for this and it only applies to INFANTS (under 5 years old). You can selec t this as an option when you make the booking.
• The apartment does NOT come with parking. There is an NCP car park in Regency Square (25 GBP per 24 hours). I have limited on street permits (10 GBP per day). Please contact me if youd like to add these to your booking (subject to availability).
• Check in is strictly from 4pm - check out by 11am. No early check in is allowed (the same applies to early luggage dro p off)
• CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR (24 Dec - 01 Jan) - minimum stay of 7 nights over this period. Please call for quotes less than 7 nights before booking.
