Villa Santhi sits right on the beach on the outskirts of Lovina in North Bali. This peaceful beach-front setting offers spectacular ocean, mountain and ricefield views as well as gorgeous sunsets. It is outside the main tourist area but close to the amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, banks, etc.) of Lovina and Singaraja.

There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, including dolphin watching, diving, snorkelling, climbing, trekking, golf, tennis and water sports. It is convenient for the awesome volcano and lake at Kintamani, Bali Batat national park (for trekking and bird watching), Banjar hot springs, Sekumpul twin waterfalls and Menjangan Island (for scuba diving). There are also several fascinating and exuberantly carved Hindu temples in the area.

Being conveniently close to several places of interest, the villa is ideally situated for discovering the real Bali. Every journey begins on quiet roads through picturesque scenery.

The villa is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large (16 metre) private "infinity-effect" swimming pool, fish-pond, Balinese pavillion, statues and water features. Guests who stay at villa Santhi have exclusive use of the whole villa, garden and pool.

Price is based on 4 guests sharing. Extra guest fee is 33 Euros per night per person. 10% low-occupancy discount if fewer than 4 guests. 15% discount for couples (2 guests only). Minimum booking 3 nights. 10% long-stay discount if more than 7 nights booked. Free airport transfer assumes one car trip per booking. Extra trips are 33 Euros per journey. Our vehicle seats 4 passengers plus driver and luggage. We have 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs for children and 3 child car seats.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Where required, 1 double bunk bed located in the Downstairs spare bedroom. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a summer house, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

claus says: "We spent two weeks in December 2007 at Villa Santhi. The architecture of the house is amazing. From electronic devices (TV, DVD etc.) to the furniture, it is equipped with all the amenities we can imagine. We even had a Christmas tree! Of course most of our time was spent outside. It was wonderful to sit at the pool just meters away from the beach enjoying the great sea view. Often we sat there until late at night. Many of these evenings one of the friendly security men played Balinese music for us, which made the atmosphere lovely. All the staff is perfect! We took our breakfast around 1 pm – it was not a problem! The cook prepared every kind of meal we asked for. The manager and driver showed us many nice places in the area, including beautiful waterfalls, markets and a very good (Belgian!!!) restaurant. An unforgettable highlight was our 2-day trip to the Komodo National Park to see the Komodo Dragons. We asked Novi, the manager, to assist us to get there and it was organized perfectly. For nature lovers this adventure is a must! We had a great time in a perfect house with perfect and lovely staff. We will be back. "
