About Villa Osenovo
Situated in the picturesque village of Osenovo, you can enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday, or for more busy people take a short drive to one of six nearby resorts Varna, Albena, Kranevo, Golden Sands, Balchik or St Constantine
Imagine yourself sitting on the sun balcony and enjoying the views, take a swim in the pool - relax in the Spa or just to laze on one of the sun loungers whilst getting your drinks in at the Bar!
As the sun beams down and you feel the gentle breeze, you will soon find the stress melting away, to be replaced by a sense of ease. And when you are rested, the villa is ideally located to visit Bulgarias best seaside resorts like Varna, Albena, Golden Sands, Kranevo, Balchick and St Constantine with all the seaside facilities and the other attractions of this prime coastal holiday area.
The villa is part of a brand new complex finished 2007. It consists of 25 detached luxury villas, Traditional Bulgarian Resteraunt, Spa and communal swimming pool.
The villa is brand new but designed in the traditional Bulgarian style. It has Beamed Ceilings with flag-stone floors downstairs and solid wooden floors upstairs. The house is equipped with quality matching furniture making it a home from home. It is very secure with its own Balchik stone wall enclosed garden and parking space. Perfect for those with a family, who want room for the kids to play with the security that they are safe. The Complex has its own communal Swimming Pool, Spa and resteraunt which is just opposite our garden.
The Villas facilities include:
* Sleeps 4/6 in 2 bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms are arranged as 1 double & 1 twin.
* 2 Bed-setees are located in the spacious lounge suitable for 4 extra guests.
* Each room is equipped with high quality matching solid wood furniture and matching accessories.
* Fully Air-conditioned throughout.
* Fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.
* The dining area offers a table for eating for four with a window overlooking the private gardens.
* The Living room comes with 2 leatherette sofa beds, coffee table, sattellite television, DVD/CD player.
* Downstairs toilet & wash basin
* There is a brick barbecue built into the front out the house for your convenience.
* The villa offers a downstairs terrace and upstairs balcony for your pleasure.
* We also have a broadband internet connection making it ideal for a homely place to stay and still be able to carry out your business, get emails etc...(available as an extra)
* A Security deposit box for your valuables (available as an extra)
* The 600 Sq Mtrs of Garden are maintained by by the original architect and builder who takes great pride in their efforts.

Local Spots
Villa Osenovo is great for a quiet relaxing hoiday, but should you feel the need for more action, you can take a short drive or taxi ride to the nearby resorts of Varna, Albena, Kranevo, St Constantine, Balchik or Golden Sands.
For those who like bargain shopping and city experience. Varna is THE place to visit! - It is the third largest city which hosts "Varna Mall" The newest and biggest Shopping Mall in Bulgaria! Varna is situated by the main port on the Black Sea coast, and only a 20 minute drive.
The well known resort of Albena is a 15 minute drive away. It has a fine sandy beach, which gently slopes into the sea and is ideal for sun-bathing, swimming and water sports. Many bars, taverns, restaurants and casinos cater to the tourists. A Private Medical centre and a spa centre is also available.
Kranevo is a 10 minute drive, this place is ideal to get a traditional bulgarian feel as this resort is where bulgarians go for their vacation. There are many bars & resteraunts dotted down the main street that end up at the sandy beach. Food and drink here is exceptionaly good value.
Only a 20 minute drive away is Golden Sands. The name is appropriate as it boasts a massive 3.5km long and 100 metre wide beach. Over 70 hotels are supported by all the tourist facilities you would expect.
A town and seaside resort, situated terrace-like on a small bay on the Black Sea, 31 km North of Varna, 37 km south-east of Dobrich and 500 km East from Sofia. Third in significance Bulgarian port after Varna and Bourgas, used for medium-
size passenger and trade vessels. Population of 13 500.
It springs to life towards the end of the 6th C. B.C. as the ancient Greek colony Crunoi (later Dionysopolis) in place of a Chalcolithic (4th-3rd millennium B.C.) and a Thracian (1st millennium B.C.) settlement. About a 20 minute drive
St. Constantine and Elena is the oldest resort along the Bulgarian black sea coast. It was founded in 1908 as a balneology center. It was first visited by Czech, Poles and Germans. Its popularity is due to the unique combination of mountain crystal clear air, mineral springs and the sea. The resort offers numerous mineral springs, balneology complexes, open- air pool with hot mineral water famous for its healing quality. About a 15 minute drive.

Attraction Park Aquapolis - the most beautiful water park in Eastern Europe, is the first one in Bulgaria, established in a unique Mauritian Mediterranean style. It is located in the northwestern section of Golden Sands tourist resort, on the main road from Riviera tourist resort to Albena tourist resort. The water park is situated in the forest, sporting a unique sea-view and the whole tourist resort
