4 good sized Bedrooms (2 double & 2 twin) with balconies, all with air-conditioning units
3 Bathrooms (1 en-suite)
Lounge area has TV, Playstation 2, DVD player, CD player, fireplace.
Internal & external (covered terrace) dining areas.
Kitchen area has hob, oven, microwave, fridgefeezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Linen and towels are provided but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
A weekly cleaning/linen service is included and a complementary grocery pack on arrival is provided.
Private catering is available on request. Have gourmet fresh or frozen meals served in your Villa.
The Villa has its own private pool and a large sunbathing area all enclosed in a walled garden.
There is a spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for Al Fresco dining with views of the pine-clad hills & valleys, where you can watch the changing scenery & stunning sunsets.

A short stroll will take you into the resort of Hisaronu with its excellent restaurants and bars. A 10 minute bus ride away is Oludeniz with its world famous beach & lagoon. The bustling town of Fethiye with shops, bazaars, market and restaurants is 15 mins by dolmus (mini bus).
There are plenty of activities to choose from including scuba diving, paragliding, quad biking, white water rafting, microlite flights and jeep safaris to name but a few.
For sightseeing you may choose to visit the amazing gorge at Sakklikent, the ancient ruins of Tlos or the interesting trout farm at Yakkapark where fish swim in channels on the bar. Patara beach has endless golden sand where the loggerhead turtles choose to nest. If required our local agent can arrange car or jeep hire for your party or minbus hire with or without driver.
