You will earn commission from Rental Systems when you

Get traffic and bring renters to book on our rental sites
Recruit owners for our rental and sales sites
Recruit advertisers for our directories and services

And we give you the tools for the job

Add a link to www.villarenters.com or an owner sign up banner to your site
Use our website components on your own site to add searchable rental properties by area and add in featured properties and special offers that will appeal to your own visitors. Add availability calendars and online booking and payment - all managed by us.
Or get a new site with all of our components preloaded with our easy to use Website Builder. Add your design and content and get a selection of properties and complete booking management managed by us for a small monthly cost
and start earning commissions from your referrals

We will pay you

25% of our commission on all bookings you refer to us (on average this would be around £20 per booking. (This increases to 75% when you refer 10 bookings a month)
An extra £25 for properties you recruit and 25% of our commission on all bookings (yours or ours) made in the first twelve months
Any subscriptions to our directories and services we will share with you 50/50
