Loved our stay ,the villa is lovely , the garden & pool area are great and better than the pictures , we hardly stayed indoors as ample seating outdoors . Kitchen has all mod cons and the water- chiller is a godsend ! Bathrooms are all good and showers work well . Bedrooms on the first floor are lovely & spacious allowing 7 to sleep . Upstairs sleeping is a little cramped ,...
The balconies are lovely - as are the views from them .
Mike and his wife are very helpful and only live a stones throw away .
The beach is about 7 minutes walk and a new tescos owned supermarket is also about 5mins walk ( next to hospital ) .
Loved my stay ,want to come back tomorrow and live here !

I needed to book a large family friendly villa for a family holiday celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. I got exactly what i wanted. Mike and Irena met us on arrival and went through all the house keeping stuff which was appreciated. They also told us where they could be found if we had any problems. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and we couldnt keep the grandchildren out of it. There was no mention of TV or playstation which in itself is a minor miracle!
All the rooms apart from one are air conditioned. Didnt need to use airconditioning during the day at all as the open doors and windows allowed in a lovely breeze, despite the very hot temperatures. Mike had also arranged a family meal and a birthday cake for me and i have to say the recommendation was excellent. Head for the Sat Beach Club restaurant for the food and views, particularly at sunset. It was superb. The whold family had a fantastic holiday and i would not hesitate to recommend the villa or the resort of Chalis to anyone.

The property was very good.The furniture specially the beds were excellent. The location is perfect.I would definately go back. Mike and Irene were very helpful and polite.

We were a party of 12 on our first trip to Turkey and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The villa was very spacious and more than enough for the 7 adults and 5 kids. The location was perfect, just off the main road with easy access to Fethiye and calis. Everything you need has been thought of in the villa including the god send of a water cooler which went down really well. Mike and Irina live close by and were happy for you to pop up for a chat but never intruded on your holiday. We as a family will look forward to renting this villa again as it was really good value and such a nice place to stay.
couple of quick notes, supermarket just round the corner and if you dont mind a wait please try Annas bar across from the supermarket , the service may be a tad slow but the food is worth waiting for.

This villa provided the party of 11 of us that stayed there with excellent accomodation with everything you would expect and desire from a rental property. Rooms were spacious and the air conditioning provided a welcome relief from the sun. The water cooler was also a great touch and was very well used by all.
The pool area was fabulous and our request for more sun loungers was met within two days - excellent service.
The villa is situated in a relatively quiet area of Calis but has a supermarket and bar in very close proximetry and is a pleasant walk into town.
The information provided by Mike and his partner was very useful and they carried out any requests and sorted any problems in a prompt and polite manner.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone - you would not be disappointed.

I have enjoyed my stay and I would love to come again. The villa was lovely very tidy and all my family would like to come again. Jessica from Ireland aged 12.

Totally fell in love with this villa......The pool situation is just fantastic, sun on it all day, certainly needed it to cool off too.
Ideal location, lovely spacious and cool villa.
