Tell us about your visit:

The property has everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. As stated in the details it is a good 10 -15 minute walk into the centre - fine for adults but too far for young children in the heat, not a problem as we had rented a car. The pool is lovely but do note that it is very deep all round (no shallow end). The children thoroughly enjoyed splashing about in it though. The water cooler in the kitchen is great and saves buying bottled water all the time. The air conditioning was very welcome! Aydin came round almost every day which we found a little intrusive as he was keen for us to take trips on his cousins boat etc - reviews in the visitor book at the house do say that these are great but we made deals at the harbour as the boats are plentiful and it fitted us to be a bit more flexible about when we did things (often a last minute decision!). Do read the visitor book as there are some good restaurants etc recommended in there and Ian and Carols folder also gives a good pointer to some of these (many have small play areas for children which is great for the adults enjoying a meal out and keeping the kids entertained). Dalyan itself is truly beautiful and I would recommend anyone to take a holiday here. All in all a great holiday with a clean, well kept villa. To visit: snorkelling at Ecnicik bay, Kaunos ruins (go on the small rowing boats at end of harbour), Sakliekent gorge, the small mud baths (early - less people!), Itzuzu beach (some captains from the co-operative with take a detour to let you see the turtles - ask!), swimming in the lake etc. Didnt like so much: Olu Deniz - beach shelves very deeply - not ideal for little ones (although ideal if you want to try paragliding), Marmaris Atlantis Waterpark - an acquired taste!

Well, what can we say. We, as a family of 6 (Clare and Martin,Grandma and Grandad and our two teenage sons, Jack and George) have been returning to Dalyan for 7 years now and Villa Cazian is by far the best Villa ever. Villa Cazian is in a lovely peaceful location, furnished beautifully, is spotlessly clean and has everything that you could possibly need for the perfect Villa holiday. We are very lucky and holiday for 4 weeks and at no point could we find fault. Aydin and Rosa (who look after the villa) are wonderful people and friends of ours after knowing them for 7 years now! Aydin speaks excellent English and will sort out any problems you may have (although he doesnt let them happen in the first place!), arrange boat trips, transport for days out, well in fact anything you need! Rosa keeps the Villa spotlessly clean and last year, our youngest son George wasnt very well and had to go to hospital (all ok now) and Rosa escorted and looked after us every step of the way. They both came to see us in hospital every day.......... they truly are wonderful people and part of our extended family now! Anyway, back to the Villa, the bikes are great and brilliant for cycling out first thing in the morning to go and explore. The Villa is situated a comfortable walk into town for us although, if honest, we preferred to spend our evenings at the Villa with the cool breeze on the Verander and a dip in the poole at midnight....... why go out! Martin and I cycle out in the morning, go to the butchers for fantastic meat, the fishmongers for fantastic Sea Bass and then of course the wonderful vegetables are everywhere. The facilities at Villa Cazian make it so easy to self-cater, everything you need is there. Well, I could go on forever but if you are considering a holiday in Dalyan (which is a beautiful, laid back, easy to get to, quiet and a wonderful town), then look no further than Villa Cazian (although dont book our dates for next year!!!!) Much love to Ian and Carol and thank you again for letting us share your wonderful Villa xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

It was a perfect villa. The caretaker Aydin was very helpfull.
We could lend two bikes with the house and rent some additonal bikes in the village. This is recommended as walking to the village is a little bit too far away. Great place to stay.

Just retured from two excellent weeks at Villa Cazian. It is a 1st class villa , well laid out with everything you could ever need. Nice pool and plenty of space.
Location just about right , far enough to be peaceful and away from town but only a 15min easy walk to the bars etc.
Would definitely recomend the villa after looking at others whilst we were out there.
Were hoping to book again - soon !

Just got back from Dalyan, first time we've been and definately not the last. The villa was absolutely magnificent, clean , well laid out and very comfortable. It is situated in a very peaceful picturesque area of Dalyan only 10ᆣ minutes walk from the town, the town itself is fab, people are very friendly food is cheap and there are a big variety of shops for souvenirs , food, clothes etc..the boat trips are excellent value and a must. I could ramble on for hours about our holiday in Dalyan, but just to end, you must go and see for yourself what an amazing place it is, you will feel at home from the minute you arrive,
Brian Anne and the kids (South Shields)
Set in a lush delta behind one of the world's top ten beaches, Dalyan has everything for a family holiday.
The town is safe for kids, the people are extremely friendly and no one hustles you like they do in Bodrum and other Turkish resorts.
Just sit in the shade under the trees in the main square, sip an apple tea and listen to the sounds of the orient and you will return again and again.
This was our fourth visit as a family and what made it so special was having a villa to ourselves.
The villa itself is completely private, brand new and absolutely spotless. The pool is nice and large and everything works including the dish washer and the excellent air-conditioning.
We spent a week just chilling by the pool and building up our tans, hired a car for the second week and explored this beautiful part of turkey, then hit the beach for the last few days and got really brown.
It was a lovely holiday and we will be back next year.

What a holiday !!!! from start to finish feeling chilled and not wanting to come home, 100% true.
1 The villa and facilities 1st class
2 The people so friendly, it was so refreshing in this day and age
3 The local area and views, what can u say, if you're fed up with looking at concrete hotels on package deals and want a hassle free safe holiday, this is the one for u with fantastic views .
4 Restaurants ,bars and shopping... plenty of choice with a excellent range of produce available and better priced than your euro zone countries.
5 Boat trips to beach and lakes ,very good value with amazing views of dalyan and reedbeds and good blue crab fishing
6 The weather, what can u say it beats the western med any day.
7 The transfers to and from dalyan excellent prompt efficient service
8 The neighbours fantastic, very friendly helpful and a pleasure to be in their company, with a wide knowledge of dalyan.
9 1st class support on booking and helpfull hints from Ian and Carol
10 If you have not been to turkey but namely dalyan you do not know what you are missing, but do'nt tell everyone as you want to keep its beauty available to a selec t audience
What a wonderful place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary! The villa was lovely - facilities, environment, atmosphere - everything was so relaxing. Dalyan itself is a very laid-back, interesting and friendly place. Thanks Ian and Carol for a brilliant place to spend a holiday.
