We are a family of 6. We stayed in the villa July 11-17. This was a wonderful retreat after long days in the parks. We enjoying the pool (especially our kids). The pool maintenence company came the first morning we were there and cleaned the entire pool area. He removed all bugs, webs, and treated the pool. He left it very clean!
The home had everything we needed to feel at home. We prepared breakfast there every morning as well as a few dinners. There were plenty of towels and linens for everyone. The villa was very spacious. Everyone had their own space.
Our only disappointment would be the beds and tvs. The beds were not very comfy. We were too tired to care at the time! If we had been in the home longer, the tvs would have been more of an issue. We were in the parks most of the day and evenings, so we didnt watch them much. But if we had, they were small in the rooms (other than master) and they only had a few channels to watch. We all gathered in the family room to watch the bigger one, which worked for us. The house was clean, other than the plants throughout the home were pretty dusty.
Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with! He answered all questions, as this was our first time renting a villa. He responded very quickly to all emails. He even called me before we booked to answer my questions!
We felt right at home. We enjoyed having the key right at the front door. This made check in/out very easy!
The neighborhood is very private and quiet. It is in a perfect location! Convenient to everything! We did Disney, Sea World, and a show at Universal. Easy drive to all! We enjoyed shopping nearby. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting convenience, privacy, and a fair price.

We enjoyed a wonderful three weeks at your villa. The accomodations were very pleasing and we felt like we were at home. The kitchen was well stocked and
we cooked many meals there. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot! For the adults, the air was a bit too cold for swimming, but you know how kids are? The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet we found that we were close to just about everything that we needed. What a great house! We will definitely look to you first when we need future accomodations near Orlando.

We had a lovely time, and left a good comment in your visitor book. The villa was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Oh, and the en-suite bathroom was gorgeous, I loved the corner bath, Im hoping to persuade mark to upgrade our bathroom at home, lol. It was our 1st time flying and we loved it, I still cant believe how far a plane can get you in just 9 hours, lol. Wed definately use your villa again if we are lucky enough to re-visit Orlando. What a fantastic start to our family holiday. The villa was everything we wanted and more, my family and me felt very much at home. The villa is clean and spacious. Its location is perfect, very near the park, publics, wap- mart and much more. This Villa is on our holiday list for next time. Take my word this villa is just what you will need.

The villa was superb in all aspects, very spacious and would comfortably house 10, we had 6 adults staying and there was plenty of space. The pool was excellent and provided an area to cool down and chill after a busy day at the theme parks. The location was ideal as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks yet convenient to travel – 20 mins from Disney. Just down the road there are two large supermarkets and a Dominos Pizza take away who deliver to the villa (according to the children surprisingly the pizzas taste the just the same as the UK).
Steve / Sarah thank for the use of your villa, will be definitely back.

Our family was very pleased eith the large living area. We had plenty of room to move around. We do plan to stay nxt time we vist Orlano for vacation.

WOW! What a beautiful house! We had the opportunity to stay at this lovely house in March of 2010. We were extremely pleased. Having found this house on the internet we were a little concerned whether it would look the same as it did in the pictures. It absolutely did.
After talking to Steve (the owner) through e-mails and on the phone, we were confident that we had made the right choice. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.
The house is extremely well taken care of and spotlessly clean. The pool area is awesome for relaxing and enjoying the sun. This house is equipped with everything you need. We moved in and felt right at home.
The house is located about 20 minutes from Disney and all the attractions. There's plenty of great shopping and all the conveniences of grocery stores and restaurants close by.
The people at the Management Company were very friendly and helpful. They were there to answer any questions we had and just wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We would highly recommend this house. We will definately return to this house on our next trip ro Florida.
If you decide to rent this home you will not be disappointed!

If you are planning a trip you will want to stay at this villa, it was the perfect location for us. We went to Ripleys, Worlds Largest McDonalds, Sea World, and Disney and they were all just minutes away! We also took kids to the ocean which was only about 1 1/2 hour drive to either coast. Tons of resturants and even Walmart right down the road, but the house is set in a very peaceful location you will think you are in the country.
We are a family of 5, we have 3 boys and they loved it here some much they didnt want to leave! They said the pool and the gameroom were the favorite things about this house.
We took one day and just stayed at the house we all played in the pool and grilled out we even ate out on the patio it was a very relaxing day.
We will never stay in a hotel again!!! Very kind people to work with and great communication. They will answer any questions and will help anyway possible. Also the management company that they use is very friendly and will help with anything you need during your stay!
We will stay here again!!! Thanks for making our vacation even better than we expected!

Our family was very pleased with the large living area. We had six adults & two children. There was plenty of room at the table for everyone.Its a very roomy house with every family having a private bathroom.
This is our seventh year renting in central Florida , first time at Steves. We liked the location , north of us was 192 , south was #4 hwy making it easy to access many locations.
We found the house had plenty of linens, lots of dishes, glasses etc.
The pool was well maintained and at the temperature requested.
Our six year old grandson was disappointed when it was to cold to go swimming but was very happy when he was given our soaker tub to have a swim in.(which he did for an hour)
The free internet service and free long distance calling was used & appreciated daily.We were all very happy with Steves vacation home & hope to return another year.

We have a family of eight, and we had plenty of room to move around and, not to get on each others nerves. The only thing that disappointed us was that the beds were not very comfortable, and the televisions in the bedrooms were kind of small. However, with that said I plan to stay here each and every time we visit Orlando. Steve was very helpful and pleasure to do business with, all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The location was very close to the parks and expressway, it was very quite. I spent endless hours sitting by the pool taking refreshing-relaxing night air (actually fell asleep outside). The pool was an added bonus, we couldnt keep the kids out of it - every evening we were headed back all they could talk about was getting in the pool. I would recommend this property for anyone who likes to feel at home while on vacation.

"This house is a very beautiful well maintained home. It was perfect for our family. The pool and patio area was very relaxing. I only wish we could have spent more time there. I think the only thing we would change would be the length of stay from one week to two so we could really enjoy the home. Steve was wonderful to rent from. Great villa - 2 adults and 2 kids so we had loads of room - nice large master bedroom too.
Pool was great.
Overall very clean and tidy, great to deal direct with owner who promptly answers pre and post booking questions.
