The property was lovely. Very spacious and brilliantly decorated.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely think of returning next year.

it was very clean everything there we needed. like to see the outdoor swiming pool on a hot day.enjoyed it.

Very pleased with the standard of accommodation (3 bedroom bungalow). Only criticism is that we were unprepared for the hilly location of Carleton Village, which caused problems for my father-in-law in walking to the town.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, although the Reception area could do with a serious tidy up!
Will definitely come back to Youghal - though for access to the Village will probably stay at Carleton Wharf.

The propoerty was very well kept and modern inside. The size and quality of the property were excellent and close to that advertised. The village was very well kept and clean with good support for any issues raised.
Really enjoyed it.

Lovley location friendly staff cottage 13 needs updating, No water in hot water tap master bedroom nothing was done about this even thought we mentioned it twice, fridge blew and gave a member of our party an electric shock (fridge was replaced) cot requested but arrived 1 hour after babies bed time floor in 2nd double room needs replacing. whole place needed a better clean. Not what we expected from LUX accomodation

Our house was lovely and perfect for our holiday. We had very little need to contact reception while we stayed but anytime we did they were most helpful.

Excellent cottage whose description matched reality - lots of room for us and the children to interact. Good venue with excellent views. Would recommend to others.
(Minor quibble - no washing-up bowl or sharp knife)
